At the Whiteam we are seeking an
Enterprise Architect with experience with
M365 and OpenText to join our team in
Munich/REMOTE.

Duration:1 year


Working model:90% remote and 10% on site in Munich (on weekly basis: 4 days remote and 1 day on-site)

• Assess the client's platform, review the current procedures, the underlying tools, and make constructive proposals to refine the current governance.
• Migration to the client's new Document Management System (DMS).
• Support various aspects of the migration (technical and nontechnical), from one or several legacy systems to OpenText Extended ECM.
• Contributing to the setup of the client's new Document Management System (DMS)
• Provide guidance and facilitation of the OpenText global setup within the context of the client and shall provide the best practices to implement specific business processes in OpenText, including possible associated workflows.
• Remediate to common or important problems/challenges encountered by the client.
• Unified Labelling across Open Text and Microsoft Office365

There are two goals with the unified labelling:

• Ensuring that users are more self-conscious about the degree of sensitivity of the information they are processing.
• Implementing security settings based on the labels.

Standard requirements:

• Possess the skill set and experience of a typical Senior Enterprise Architect or comparable.
• Operating at a Strategic level, with strong knowledge of industry practices and disciplines.
• Certified Professional for Requirements Engineer is an asset.
• Experience with OpenText CS and related products, including:
• co-existence of its labelling system (IPA) with MS labelling system (AIP)

- its integration with MS-File Explorer, Office, SharePoint, and MS-Teams
- its migration mechanisms
- archiving tool between M365 and OpenText.

• A broad experience with Office365 aspects and related products.
• An extensive experience of security hardening, with OpenText and Office365 (experience with Microsoft Security Assessments is an asset).
• Current knowledge and experience with the MS-Power platform CoE.
• Experience with and knowledge of OpenText rest API, OpenText import module, AutoSPInstaller, PowerShell DSC automated installation, ShareGate, and SPDocKit.
• Relevant experience with Domino is an asset.
• Possess an advanced level of ITIL knowledge /ITIL certification.
• Proven experience of working in an Agile and ITIL environment
• Stakeholder Management, Leadership and Coordination.
• Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various Service Groups.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• A good understanding of standard languages (German and French) would be an asset
