The Operations department in our Head Office is looking for reinforcement.

Together with our Vice President of Operations and Head of Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurants and bars in our hotels remain successful and continue to develop.

For this purpose, you will be in close contact with the respective department heads and our concept partners.

You support them in making sure that they have everything they need for the operational business as well as in the implementation of the 25hours Brand Guidelines.

This is how you make our gastronomies special...

  • You accompany the development and implementation of food concepts
  • You coordinate food offers, kitchen setup and product quality for existing hotels as well as new hotel projects with our concept partners
  • You support and, if necessary, coordinate the implementation of new innovative products & technologies, standards and guidelines, e.g. with regard to product innovations, supplier changes, or new ideas in the direction of plastic reduction and sustainability.
  • You are the contact person for the chefs, the purchasing department and the operations manager of the hotels.
  • You support the process of menu changes in order to maintain concept continuity and ensure the quality of the food offering
  • You look after suppliers across locations and take part in contract negotiations
  • You will support the chefs in maintaining hygiene and HACCP regulations in all kitchen, service and storage areas, as well as occupational safety in the kitchen
  • You will be responsible for conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with operational brand standards in the kitchen and back of house areas, as well as maintaining brand relevant topics and SOP's on the 25hours intranet
  • You will perform constant budget and target control as well as variance analysis
Your experience and personality are the certain something...

  • You have several years of professional experience in department or division manager positions and speak fluent German and English. French, Italian, Danish, Arabic or anything else is optional.
  • You have a very good understanding of the operational hotel business, are creative, have a talent for organization and enjoy working independently and in a team across departments.
  • You enjoy working with our gastro concept partners, are passionate about good food and like to discover new concepts
  • You enjoy trying things out and taking unconventional paths
  • You are a doer and openly admit when you have done something wrong
  • You bring not only your skills, but also your character to the table
