- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Steuerfachangestellter, Steuerfachwirt oder Bilanzbuchhalter (alle m/w/d) oder hast alternativ bereits in der Steuerberatung gearbeitet

Wir sind eine familiengeführte Kanzlei mit circa 45 Mitarbeitern in Dresden und zeigen, dass Steuerberatung auch anders geht. Wir denken und handeln fortschrittlich, verfolgen ambitionierte Ziele und sehen uns als langfristige Wegbegleiter der Menschen, mit denen wir täglich zusammenarbeiten dürfen. Wer bei uns arbeitet soll sich wohlfühlen, als Mensch wertgeschätzt werden und in Summe gerne zur Arbeit kommen. Dafür setzen wir uns gerne ein - jeden Tag aufs Neue.

Wie ein klassischer Arbeitstag bei uns aussieht? Das kann man so pauschal nicht sagen – denn Tätigkeitsfelder sind bei uns genauso individuell und vielfältig wie unser Team selbst. Übrigens, die Entscheidung, ob du Teil unseres Teams wirst oder sogar Teamleiter, liegt ganz bei dir. Bei uns hat jeder, unabhängig der Berufsbezeichnung, dazu die Möglichkeit.
