Für den deutschen Standort Böhlen suchen wir aktuell einen Chemielaboranten (m/w/d) für die Unterstützung unseres Teams im Qualitätslabor.

In dieser Rolle überprüfen Sie Proben aus unterschiedlichen Anlagen, um die Qualität unserer Produkte zu gewährleisten und mögliche Abweichungen frühzeitig zu erkennen.

Die Stelle erfordert die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in wechselnden Schicht (Früh
- und Mittelschicht, keine Nachtschicht).


Verantwortlichkeiten:
Pflichten, Projekte und Aktivitäten

  • Selbstständige Durchführung von routinemäßigen komplexen Analysen mittels chemischer und physikalischer Messverfahren
  • Beurteilung/Einschätzungen der Richtigkeit von Messergebnissen und Dokumentation im LIMS
  • Durchführung von Kalibrierungen / kleinere Wartungen von Messgeräten entsprechend der Vorgaben zur Prüfmittelüberwachung aus den Qualitätsmanagement-Systemen
  • Erkennen und Beseitigung von Störungen
  • Kommunikation der Ergebnisse zu internen Kunden
  • Abstimmung von Verkaufsprodukt-Proben mit dem Bereich Logistik
  • Betreuung der Gebäude-Gasversorgung (Gasflaschen wechseln, Inventur überwachen)

Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Laborant (m/w/d) oder Chemikant (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung im Bereich Analytik (Probennahme und Auswertung)
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Analysentechnik für Viskositätsmessung, Titration, Gas
- und Flüssigkeits-Chromatografie sowie spektralphotometrische Messungen

  • Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der Probenahme für Sicherheitsanalysen und der Anwendung mobiler Gasmessgeräte in Produktionsanlagen
  • Zuverlässige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, Analyseergebnisse kritisch zu hinterfragen
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, ausgeprägtes Sicherheits
- und Dienstleistungsdenken sind wichtig
