One Full-time Technical Assistant (d/f/m) for Cell Culture, Molecular Biology and Protein Biochemistry:

Your tasks:

You:

- support research and development work in the DFG-funded research cluster "CytoTransport

Mechanisms and Modulation of Cellular Transport Processes".

- take over the supervision of a cell culture facility and a research laboratory as part of the research cluster.
- carry out molecular biology and protein biochemistry experiments as part of the research cluster.
- support students in laboratory work during the practical phase as part of the research cluster.

Our expectations:

You*:

- have a completed vocational training as a technical assistant in a life science field (e.g. biological-technical assistant).
- have extensive experimental experience in cell culture, molecular biology and protein biochemistry techniques.
- have extensive experience in working in genetic safety facilities, including documentation of laboratory work and research data.
- have excellent language skills (English) in spoken and written communication forms (comparable B2 level).
