Job Description:

You compile a list of
criterias to compare gRPC with
established automotive standards like SOME/IP and DDS as well as the actual comparison.
You
create concepts to integrate gRPC into
Adaptive AUTOSAR.
You implement a
Lightweight demonstrator that shows communication between Adaptive AUTOSAR and Android Automotive / PC based on gRPC.

Qualifications:

Personality and work style:Team player with good communication and visualization skills, structured and solution-oriented working method combined with high quality awareness and independence

Experience and know-how:Basic knowledge of embedded Linux / POSIX and C++ software development, middleware and Ethernet-based communication protocols

Education: Student in the field of computer science or similar

Language skills:Good knowledge of German and English

Duration: - 6 months

Prerequisite for the thesis is enrolment at a university.
