- Sie sorgen für die Abwicklung aller administrativ anfallenden Aufgaben
- Sie unterstützen die Manager im Team beim CMC Life-Cycle-Management der Produkte mit Erstellung von Dossiers sowie Einreichung von EU- und Non-EU-Variations und Renewals
- Sie pflegen die relevanten Zulassungsdatenbanken, Dokumentenmanagementsystemen und Archiven im Rahmen aller regulatorischen Vorgänge
- Sie pflegen die Dokumentvorlagen
- Sie prüfen eingehende Rechnungen und geben diese frei
- Sie Pflegen die der Rückstellungen und Gebührentabellen für die Abteilung
- Sie arbeiten sehr eng zusammen mit den Abteilungen Qualitätsmanagement, Supply Chain Management und Buchhaltung
- Sie sind PTA, CTA, Laborant oder haben einen Bachelorabschluss im Life Science Bereich
- Sie haben Interesse an einer Arbeit in der Arzneimittelzulassung oder sogar bereits Berufserfahrungen in dem Bereich
- Sie haben eine ergebnisorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sie besitzen Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Gewissenhaftigkeit
- Sie können sicher umgehen mit IT Tools wie z. B. MS-Office oder Zulassungsdatenbanken
- Sie haben sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
