Your Profile:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration in the Sales and Service Cloud
  • Ideally previous experience with Field Service Lightning and Digital Customer Experience
  • Strong knowledge of profiles, permissions, field level security, and sharing settings within the Salesforce platform, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and organizational policies
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders across various departments
  • Fluent in English and German resultsdriven, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation

Your tasks:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement effective Salesforce solutions
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure they meet user expectations and best practices
  • Manage Salesforce user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure proper access and security
  • Stay current with Salesforce trends, updates, and new functionalities, proactively identifying opportunities for platform improvements and enhancements
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior and intermediate Salesforce team members, fostering a collaborative and growthoriented environment
