MSX IBERIA is looking for a
Project Coordinator to join our great team in Steinbach am Taunus.

The
main objective of the Coordinator is to
coordinate, manage, review and report on the processes/guidelines/results of the different European nations/markets where the brand operates.

Functions and responsibilities:

Prepare weekly presentations
Participate in meetings established by the brand
Schedule meetings with MSXi and CNS locals
Report on the completion rate of the survey and the training rate of the dealerships to FoE and NSC.
Calculate and communicate results to FoE and CNS.
Provide advice to dealerships through FCSD managers of the NSC with low results
Plan and coordinate the advisory process.
Monthly, quarterly and annual report on the results of the EU 19 markets.
Support FoE upon request to develop/update/change the Project
Maintain daily updates on sharepoint with FoE.
Act as a SPOC for FoE and NSCs for all types of requests in order to meet the expected project results.

The main responsibility is:

Establish the necessary quality assurance process to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data included in the project
Design and prepare documentation for the execution of the project at the dealership level (proposal for the structure of the advisory program, calendars, surveys,
