We are looking for aworking student Human Resources (M/F/d) at the earliest possible date.
What awaits you?
- Support the recruiting and onboarding of students and professionals (publication of job ads, applicant management,...)
- Assist HR projects in the area of employee development, employer branding, etc.
- Help the HR team in various administrative tasks
- Bring in new ideas for the optimization of our HR processes with your knowhow and interest in current HR trends
Your Profile:
- Ongoing studies with focus on HR, business psychology or comparable field of study
- First practical experience through internships/working student activities in the HR area desired
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Very independent, careful and reliable way of working
- Communicative, open and trustworthy personality
