Responsibilities:

As a Working Student (M/F/d) you collaborate to develop a global control tower function for LEAN, agile and six sigma initiatives and projects
You support creating KPI framework, dashboards and governance processes in order to monitor Engineering Performance
You also contribute and support lean initiatives and agile pilots within the R&D organization
Contributing to develop knowledge management, documentation of lean and agile projects and setting up initiative database are part of your tasks
You are part of the global community and support collaboration of global lean and agile coaches
You stay uptodate with advancements in lean and agile as well as six sigma and contribute to research efforts As Working Student (M/F/d) you provide general support to the Engineering Performance Team, such as organizing files and scheduling meetings

Your qualification

You are enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., business administration or business engineering) at an accredited university
You have knowhow in KPI creation, ideally knowledge in Power BI
Excellent MS Excel skills are part of your qualifications
You are familiar with lean and agile methodology & tools
You have strong analytical and problemsolving skills
You also have excellent organizational and time management skills to balance work and academic responsibilities
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, Japanese & German are beneficial You have the Willingness to work in international team
