YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

  • Support global supply chain strategic digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with global functions and business operations
  • Support the project portfolio management of new digital use cases
  • Collaborate with internal and external consultants with a focus on business processes and supporting systems
  • Support the CoEs (Centers of Excellence) in developing and implementing digital and innovative solutions
  • Contribute to change management issues with a focus on development and learning
  • Support the team with project tasks while getting your own area of responsibility
  • Get interesting and challenging insights into the daily tasks of the global supply chain management department of a life science company

WHO YOU ARE

  • Previous related work experience is desired
  • International experience (work or studies abroad) is preferred
  • Analytical mindset and comfortable with data, processes and digital tools
  • You thrive in a busy environment and bring a "can do" attitude with sound personal judgment and strong interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Positive mindset with a healthy sense of humor and strong working ethics with willingness to take responsibility for your own learning
  • Strong communication skills and interest in working with international colleagues from a wide range of functions and departments
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
