Your Tasks:

Reporting Landscape: Support and further development of new and existing standard reports/Power BI dashboards

Ad-hoc Business: Run independently global ad-hoc analysis

Standard Reporting: Run independently German Standard Reporting as e.g. for the Annual Report or the Annual General Meeting

Customer Centricity: Support and further development of the Reporting & Analytics landscape
-
Self-Service: Co-develop a future self-service analytics platform
-
Data Governance: Co-creation and implementation of a quality monitoring based on the HR Data Governance Approach

Projects: Collaboration on Digital HR Initiatives such as improvement projects of implementations in our HR Suite (SAP SuccessFactors)
-
Which system landscape can you expect: SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ServiceNow & Aconso (in implementation), SAP BW4HANA, Power BI


Your Profile:


  • Analytical mindset with problemsolving skills and attention to structure and detail
  • Selfconfident in communications on all levels, able to express information appropriate for target audiences
  • Passionate for data and its linkage to business processes and enthusiastic about people
  • Selfconfident in communications on all levels, able to express information appropriate for target audiences
  • Fluent German and English communication skills (spoken and written), further languages are welcome
  • Very good team player with intercultural competence
  • University degree in business science or comparable degree
  • Profound Power BI knowledge is of advantage
  • BI experience is of advantage
  • HR experience is of advantage
  • In your previous activities, you were able to convince with a good balance of structure and pragmatism

Hamburg/Germany is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Hamburg.

Our company agreement allows basically up to 40% of the working time in a flexible work location in Germany. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
