Your Role and Responsibilities

Show us what you are capable of and submit a portfolio (URL or PDF). It should contain examples of your work and how it influenced design decisions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Relevant education or workexperience in humancomputer interaction, anthropology, psychology, sociology, or comparable research or design
Experience with a wide variety of design research methodologies, including generative, evaluative, qualitative and quantitative research
Strength in a particular research specialty like design strategy, surveys, statistical modeling, analytics/visualization, etc.
Skills to effectively communicate those results to other members of the design team and stakeholders
Passion for learning new technologies and understanding the needs of users across a wide range of technical abilities
Deep understanding of usability and usercentered design practices
Analytical thinking and problem solving
Ability to work autonomously in a selfdirected design team
Fluent English and German and excellent, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Ability to organize and structure a complex work environment
A trustful and reliable nature
