- Responsible for achieving the highest levels of customer and tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome at any time, actively engage with customers, address complaints effectively, and gather feedback to continually enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee office inquiries, lead generation, and customer retention strategies, ensuring alignment with agreed policies and procedures.
- Ensure the team provides exceptional service, professional attention, and personal recognition.
- Lead, develop, and grow a dedicated team of office sales managers, operations managers, and other staff, including reception and operations, setting high standards in all aspects of location management.
- Manage daily staffing requirements, assign tasks, and set performance and development goals for team members.
- Oversee and improve operational processes to maintain high customer satisfaction levels during key periods, such as the ramp-up phase of SPARK Plaza, ensuring seamless operations without compromising on service quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of both front-of-house and back-of-house areas, promptly addressing any issues. Supervise internal cleaning audits across 5,500 square meters of event, meeting, and office spaces.
- Coordinate and manage the operations of multiple events, ensuring all services are delivered to exceptional standards. Take full responsibility for all event-related facilities.
- Enforce all security measures and protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment for both clients and staff.
- Fluency in German and English, both oral and written is a must, other language skills would be beneficial;
- Excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team to ensure a premium customer experience;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of luxury, service, and customer experience;
- A proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, who understands Spark's business model and strategic plans. Pragmatic and willing to "roll up the sleeves" in an entrepreneurial and lean environment;
