Deine Aufgaben
Dein Profil
Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrungen im Dienstleistungsbereich. Gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse, Erfahrung im Vertrieb und eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeiter-Teams runden Dein Profil ab. Eine hohe Affinität zur Fitness- und Wellnessbranche sowie mögliche Branchenkenntnisse (auch aus der Hotellerie) sind von Vorteil. Du hast eine natürliche Begabung für das Geschäftliche und setzt Dich leidenschaftlich für unsere Markenstandards und die Umsetzung unserer Werte ein. Die Position ist direkt der Geschäftsleitung unterstellt.
Du bist zielorientiert, innovativ und durchsetzungsstark? Du bist es gewohnt unternehmerisch zu denken, ohne dabei Deine Phantasie, Kreativität und Dein Improvisationsvermögen zu vernachlässigen? Du motivierst Dein Team und agierst auf Basis einer Wertekultur?
