What you'll do

You prepare customer contracts for Sales to be sent out and be responsible to check incoming contracts and purchase orders regarding formal and legal compliance as well as upload to system.
You support roll out of Commercial related topics into the business by preparing training materials.
You support the team on all administrative work, such as establishing a Team SharePoint.
You contribute to all projects with Commercial implications.
You support the team in its role as a member of Commercial Germany and help realizing related tasks/responsibilities.
You support the Deal Support Commercial Germany team in providing advice to the business on Commercial and contractual topics.
You support the team in communicating and collaborating with the business and all other functions.

What you bring

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: law, business administration
Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
Language skills: fluent in German (C1 or higher), English as a plus
Soft skills: team player, expert in organizing, creative, analytical, very good communication skills

Meet your team

Deal Support Commercial Germany supports the Customer Success organization as trusted Business Partner, by designing, negotiating and creating customer contracts as well as performing checks to ensure compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.

As part of our team and the Global Commercial Finance Organization, Commercial acts as a Transformation Agent and Business Steward by ensuring timely and qualitative commercial support and take part in decisions on objectives and planning of customer engagements and thus also has joint responsibility for the company's results.
