Your Role

Be part of our new global Downstream Supply Chain Devices Team by leading our local order management team in Oberkochen:

Responsible for providing a reliable & efficient operational order management interface to ZEISS Sales Companies and Dealers
Manage key metrics related to order management such as customer-perfect-order, process productivity, etc.
Collaborate with local order management teams from other sites to enable standardization & harmonization
Ensure compliance with legal and company policies, including an appropriate process documentation and training framework
Live continuous improvement of processes and interfaces and their efficiency and effectiveness Support assessment of long-term improvement potentials, deduction and implementation of solution concepts

Your Profile- Bachelor or master's degree in economics, supply chain management or similar area of advantage- Extensive experience (at least 5 years) in the field of order management with continuous education- Strong in communication with high intercultural competence, fluent in English and German- Experienced in SAP (SD, MM)- Extensive export knowledge (Regulations, Export Control)- Leadership experience and international team leadership experience of advantage
