To meet this demand, the industry needs to produce battery cells on a terawatt scale. You will be a part of the
-
Battery Accelerator, an organization of multiple internal start-ups which self-responsibly engage with cell manufacturers worldwide, develop and implement pilots, and take complete ownership of their products.

  • Identify key existing and emerging manufacturing technologies for various battery types in mobility and storage markets
  • Spot patent opportunities and improvement areas in scalability, quality and sustainability in the current technological landscape
  • Be the interface between customer discovery and internal development, translating user requirements into feature specifications incl. prioritization
  • Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development, define scalable roadmap and user stories
  • Act as project manager coordinating with cross functional development teams and commissioning teams for pilot execution
  • Socially contributing to healthy team spirit, onboarding and tutoring new members and bringing innovative ideas

You will have impact to move the world forward

  • You have built a battery with your own hands and tested it
  • Along the manufacturing steps, you discovered manufacturing variable parameters and learned to control them to create a battery that would fit necessary requirements
  • Many years of experience as a product owner in a global organisation
  • Manufacturing shop floor attracts you most, mixing and calendaring terms are not associated with kitchenware for you
  • Software modelling across mechanical, physical and electrochemical domains is nothing new to you
  • Master's degree in Engineering
