What the job looks like

Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
Design and bring to life the Operational Excellence model (GOBS) in our Global Operations footprint
Lead the Hoshin Kanri/Strategy design and deployment as well as strategic projects to all manufacturing sites and global functions.
Orchestrate and facilitate our Global Operations 5year strategic program (GO 2025)
Developing the foundations of our Global Operating Business System (GOBS) including High Performing Organisation
Enhancing and Empowering the local and global organizations to build capability and rollout the GOBS transformation across the globe.
Defining with the different areas the roadmap to achieve excellence according to GOBS framework and implementing the operational excellence pillars.

What you bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
Senior manager with previous operational experience in leading cultural and business transformation in manufacturing areas/supply chain or // global function areas
Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and organizational skills.
Hands on experience on the Operational Excellence tools/standards cocreation and implementation
Hoshin Kanri / Strategy Deployment/TPM implementation experience.
Experience implementing a Business Operating System as Danaher, Toyota ideally not only in manufacturing but other functions as well.
Ability to work effectively across functions and levels
Ability to communicate fluently in German and English, Spanish is a plus
Good knowledge in business analysis methodologies and tools
Strong analytical skills and Financial Knowhow
