We're looking for an Human Resources working student to join our Berlin office and global HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the global HR team with management of the employee lifecycle incorporating hiring, onboarding and offboarding.
• Support in the setup of the biannual performance review cycle.
• Ensuring completion of general employee administration where required in line with any compliance requirements, considering any location differences.
• Support with global mobility and relocation for employees in the EMEA region.
• Support the Business Success Team with advancing a workplace and culture that fosters colleague wellbeing, belonging and contribution.
• Communicate & support reporting and presentation of people information, changes, and decisions.

Qualifications:

• You are an enrolled fulltime student (M/F/d) in the field of human resources, business administration with an HR focus or a comparable field
• Ideally, you have initial experience with HR topics and enjoy working in an agile team
• You demonstrate a structured, efficient and proactive way of working as well as a high degree of service orientation and you know how to communicate in an appropriate manner
• You have strong interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with various levels of seniority in different regions
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office; generally techsavvy a big plus
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and multitask in a fast paced environment
• Fluency in English required
