The Role

As the Head of Human Resources for our Bad Oeynhausen and Merklingen sites, you will be responsible for the complete HR Service for 350 employees.

Through strategic partnerships and 'hands-on' collaboration with Site Leaders and Works Councils, you will implement the HR Road Map and provide direction to the organization.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the Human Capital of the organization including:

Being fully involved in the day-to-day business and partnering at all levels of the organization.
The full employee lifecycle.
Continuous improvement of HR Processes.
Managing relationships with works councils.

What We Are Looking For

A wellrounded HR professional with the proven ability to work operationally as well as strategically in a similar sized organisation.
Proven experience of managing change in a fastmoving and innovative organisation.
Proven experience of successfully managing relationships with works councils
Very good knowledge of labor law and relevant collective agreements (IG Metall)
