Job Summary:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Development and implementation of marketing and letting strategies for the various portfolio assets office and retail
Negotiating lease contracts with existing and new tenants
Management of external service providers
Work closely with the Asset Managers to understand the investments, assist the Asset Managers with quarterly and yearly valuation of German investments
Work proactively with the Portfolio Management team to deliver requests for information in a timely manner
Analyse financial and management reports & Modelling letting scenario analysis
Ad hoc analysis and reporting on the investment level

_ QUALIFICATIONS_

5 years of experiencein a real estate asset management role with focus on letting ( Office & Retail )
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate preferred, Management, or Finance master's degree desirable
Native level spoken and written German language. Fluent in English language.
Excellent negotiation skills
Good Excel skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
