- Identify and implement growth and differentiation strategies to ensure sustained execution toward long-term organic success within the DACH market
- Contribute to the quarterly goal-setting process with high-impact initiatives in alignment with strategic goals
- Analyze and break down ambiguous business problems into tangible initiatives and roadmaps that deliver organic growth
- Own and independently execute the quarterly DACH agenda in collaboration with our highly skilled SEO-Engineering team
- Lead and foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, PR, Social Media, B2B, Paid Marketing, and Product teams
- Maximize on-site and off-site SEO efforts through collaboration with Inbound Marketing stakeholders, optimizing content and technical aspects of DACH domains
- Act as an in-house expert on innovative SEO practice by staying ahead of industry trends and developments,
- Have a proven track record of 5+ years in the SEO space, with demonstrated success in delivering long-term growth, preferably in a large-scale, international B2C environment
- Have solid understanding of industry tools such as Search Console, Sistrix, Ahrefs, SEMRush and Screaming Frog
- Have an ability to identify high-impact strategies and a strong bias for action.
- Have great interpersonal skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders and third parties to achieve your goals and objectives
- Are an analytical mindset, coupled with the ability to transform complex datasets into insights that drive solutions and results
- Are action and results-oriented: Never satisfied with the status quo – always seeking opportunities to improve
- Have an excellent understanding of the DACH travel and competitive landscape
- Have a high proficiency in German and are fluent English. Additional languages are always welcome
