For our location in Ettlingen, we are currently looking for a Team Lead (M/F/d) Operational Customs Operations EMEA.

In this position, you will take on the responsibility for a team of 5 and provide support, among other things, in harmonizing customs processes within the EMEA region.

What You Will Do

Comprehensive responsibility for operational customs area (import / export / special customs procedures)
Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team
Demandoriented personnel planning for the department
Support for regional projects in various forms
Establishment of a European workflow organization for central customs processing
Organization and conduct of workshops within the EMEA region
Ensuring and continuously improving all customsrelated process workflows

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Completed commercial vocational training or degree in the relevant field
Extensive professional experience in the field of operational customs processing
Comprehensive professional experience in areas of import, export, as well as special customs procedures and their processing processes
Leadership experience
Fluent German and English language skills
