Aufgaben

For our headquarter in Berlin-Tempelhof we are looking for a responsible and committed employee for the position HR Assistant.

As HR Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our HR Managers.

You will support us in advancing the digitalization process for HR matters.

You take over the filing of contracts and create changes and employee documents.
Zu deinem Aufgabenbereich gehört das Bewerbermanagement und die Terminkoordination.

You are the contact person for employees with day-to-day questions and communicate with the external payroll tax office. In addition, you are responsible for maintaining HR master data.

Qualifikation

What you bring with you

You have a commercial education and ideally have first experiences in human resources management
You love to work independently and have a high sense of responsibility
You have a positive and outgoing personality
Stress resistance and problem solving skills complete your profile
You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
