What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Own end-to-end order experience for customers and business partners
  • Define scope, provide requirements and implement processes required to support the new Order Management System (OMS)
  • Collaborate closely with other departments such as IT, Global Forwarding, Customer Operations and Warehousing to implement the proper OMS and ensure the solution aligns with overall goals of the organization
  • Drive key business decisions, mitigate risks and provide timely updates to executive leadership for implementing the new OMS
  • Define tobe processes and lead change management required to create a frictionless order experience for customers and business partners
  • Analyze supply chain data to define and track orders related KPIs for improvement and make recommendations to executive leadership
  • Partner with IT and communicate project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to leadership and stakeholders
  • Provides leadership and guidance to respective team and assisting them with escalated issues

What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • Master Degree or equivalent preferably in Engineering or Business with major in Supply Chain Management / Logistics or equivalent experience
  • 10 Years related experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG sector, Team leader experience
  • Experience managing 3PL's, Freight Forwards and Customs Brokers, Six Sigma and Project Management are desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and carriers
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with customs regulations
  • Problemsolving skills to handle unexpected issues or delays in the shipment process
  • Proficiency in logistics software and systems to track shipments and generate necessary documentation
