Your responsibilities and tasks:

Join our international and dedicated global HR Operations Team. To further enhance HR support to our employees and managers, our HR Operations Team is looking for working students. You will be working from our office in Berlin and partly from home if you wish.

In this role you will be supporting the Talent Acquisition team guaranteeing a smooth operation and contribute to the success of HR Operations with advising on and taking responsibility in the recruitment process and improvements of Talent Acquisition.

Roles And Responsibilities

You will support the Talent Acquisition Team throughout the entire recruiting and hiring process
You support the Talent Acquisition Team by actively posting jobs in different platforms
You support and coordinate together with the recruiters new incoming positions
You support the recruiters, HR BPs and Hiring Managers with administrative tasks
You actively promote our open jobs on platforms like LinkedIn

Your profile and qualifications:

You are an enrolled student and would like to gain professional experience in addition to your studies?
You are committed, teamoriented and have a high level of selfmotivation
You would like to get a comprehensive insight into the world of a Talent Acquisition Manager
You have a strong, serviceoriented way of working, as well as organizational skills and resilience
Excellent English and ideally Italian or French written and verbal communication skills
You are able to work ideally 4 days per week (flexible working hours/ partially remote)
