- Conduct competitor product analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in the market and inform product development strategies.
- Operate heat pump performance testing laboratory to ensure that it meets safety and performance requirements
- Participate in Head Bump Develop Project for the entire product lifecycle management, and ensure a successful launch of products
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that the Head Pump is designed and manufactured in accordance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Document all work and findings in a clear and concise manner
- Communicate your findings and recommendations to other team members
- Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions to identify new opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Master's degree in Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC work
- Fundamental knowledge of heating and hydraulics
- Experience working in a laboratory setting
- An international working environment and agile teamwork
