Responsibilities:

Professional and disciplinary management of the treasury team
Responsibility for the strategic orientation, further development and management of 6 fulltime employees
Further development of the entire treasury area to make it qualitatively and quantitatively measurable
Process optimization, process automation and digitalization
Responsibility for account management, payment transactions, cash pooling, cash management, currency hedging and internal financing
Contact person for banks and group companies

Qualifications:

58 years of professional experience in international finance (treasury / corporate finance)
Experience in staff management
Willingness to travel internationally
Affinity for IT topics and good general IT knowledge especially regarding treasury management and market information systems
Strategic and operative handson mentality
Very good German and English skills
