to join the [Business Improvement & Process, Methods and Tools] **department.

A reliable operational PERFORMANCE - and BUSINESS MANAGEMENT IS KEY TO MAKE THE RIGHT DECISIONS and lead the transformation and our teams towards excellence.

We offer you a position which is tasked with supporting progress within our department to enable Cabin & Cargo Systems at peak efficiency. You are responsible for ensuring the establishment and tracking of activities and workload. You monitor workload models, being aligned with subcontracting and resources strategies. You establish a proper order inflow control, developing anticipation instruments to avoid deviations in cost and KPIs.

The Business Improvement and Process, Methods & Tools department within Airbus Cabin & Cargo Systems engineering is accountable to provide solutions supporting sustainable and innovative development of Cabin & Cargo Systems products across all Engineering Métiers and programmes while preparing the future using state of the art methodologies, tools and disciplines.

Your future team is positioned between the operational daily business and the preparation for the cultural and digital transformation. Our main disciplines are Business Performance Improvement, Process, Methods & Tools and Business Management.

Tasks & accountabilities

Manage the Business Performance focusing on achieving engineering performance targets on time, on quality and on cost.

Drive P
lan E
ngineering R **esources (PER) exercise and support the Competence strategy.

Contribute to Workload/Workforce analysis, in order to allocate the required resources at the right program, optimizing the overall performance of the teams.

Anticipate possible deviation with performance indicators and promote action plans to reinforce the business performance.

Collaborate in the identification of Risk and Opportunities.
-
Promote LEAN & AGILE values across the domain and beyond in order to gain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Contribute to the digitalization/transformation platform.
