Director of Quality (M/F/x) | Wasserburg

What will your tasks as a "Director of Quality (M/F/x)" be?

• Lead QC/QA and Compliance teams including managing QPs and QMS.
• Ensure GMP standards.
• Regular reporting of the current situation in the company and corresponding development of continuous improvements.
• Providing support and guidance during and following internal and external audits and for regulatory inspections.
• Contributing and implementing GMP/GVP/GCP compliance risk based audit
• Oversee the performance of internal and external audits.
• Review, edit and maintain all departmental policies and procedures.
• Establishing a growth plan and participating in strategic decision for the site.

Your requirements as a "Director of Quality (M/F/x)" ?

• High quality awareness, process orientation, accuracy, reliability, flexibility as well as goalorientated action.
• An excellent communicator, who can interact effectively on a global level and at all levels within the company.
• Experience of performing quality audits with a focus on GDP.
• 10+ years of management experience in the field of quality in a CDMO environment.
• Knowledge of international approval procedures.
• BSc or MSc in biopharmaceutical or biomedical science, chemistry, pharmacy, or another relevant Life Science degree
