The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic and operational forecast process for your brands/categories within our product portfolio.
  • Advance forecasting methodologies, rules and processes and our stateof the art tool set; challenge assumptions and propose solutions to further scale and automate the processes.
  • Own the development of scalable data and tech solutions, metrics, reports, and analyses to enable key business decisions and unlock semiautomation across all brands/categories.
  • Develop SOPs to scale operational/repetitive processes to outsource.
  • Work with commercial team, supply chain, operations and finance to determine constraints and goals to feed into the model.
  • Lead oneoff analysis for our leadership team (CCO / CEO).

Your Background
To join our team, you bring along

  • Experience in commercial planning, forecasting or finance (23 years is a good start).
  • Proficient excel skills (knowledge of Power Query and other Excelintegrated tools is a big plus).
  • Experience working with SQL and datamodels.
  • Project management and stakeholder management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Background in soft lines/apparel is beneficial.
