We are looking for a highly motivated UX/UI Designer, who will support us by designing marvelous screen designs for our main Transport Management System for the Sea- and Air Logistics Business Unit. Your Role :You will be responsible for the UX/UI design for our main transport management system enabling the best possible user experience. Our stakeholders are from the Sea and Air Logistics domain. Part of the design will focus around simpler Java UI migration tasks, the other part will focus on larger migration tasks where the focus is more on UX design. The work will be done partly in teams, when a demand needs to be implemented and parts will be done up-stream in preparation of a release.

Your Responsibilities:
- You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Design or a similar creative discipline.
- Your daily business will be the designing of wireframes and UI-Design, by analyzing the current UI and understanding the complex dependencies and requirements together with product owner and the development teams.
- By creating wireframes and new interaction concepts, you optimize our existing features. To find the optimal solution you conduct user tests and interviews if needed.
- Together with your colleagues from the UI/UX design chapter you are working on further development of the UI style guides.
- You are keeping an overview about our design system and also creating concepts for that system.
- Your designs are fit for purpose and are technically feasible.
Your Skills and Experiences:
- You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Design or a similar creative discipline.
- You have experiences with the creation and governance of design systems as well as you are experienced to work and act in complex projects and have an understanding of technical topics (software).
- You are experienced in using design tools like Figma, Sketch and Frontify.
- You have excellent communication skills in English (fluent) and German would be a plus.
- You closely collaborate and communicate with our business units, our functional and technical designers and our UX/UI design chapter.
