YOUR CHALLENGE:

Build your team of safety experts and bring in your vision and know how
Be a role model for your employees and lead them through your excellent knowledge about functional safety
Enrich our cybersecurity projects with your functional safety team to take customer projects to the next level
Develop strategies for the implementation and integration of functional safety concepts according to ISO 26262 on organizational and project level
Analyze system architecture, hardware and embedded software for weaknesses regarding functional safety requirements with methods like HARA, FTA or FMEA
Become familiar with automotive cybersecurity and the ISO/SAE 21434 step by step

YOUR PROFILE:

Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent qualification
Min. 5 years of working experience in the automotive industries
Expert knowledge in handling the ISO 26262 and ISO/PAS SOTIF) from several projects, including experience in safety management and engineering
Very good project management and team leadership skills
Good moderation and communication skills
First experience in leading a team
Business fluent in English is mandatory, German is an advantage
