Basic knowledge in ITIL (or ITIL Foundation)

Either CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better
Minimum of 12‐18 months' years of IT experience
Windows 10, Microsoft Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti‐virus solutions,
Handson experience in Helpdesk ticketing systems
Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices, Enterprise encryption solutions, Windows PC/laptop management via MDM Tool.
Awareness on asset refresh and asset disposal activities
Hands On Experience on client Asset Life Cycle Management
Hardware breakfix of enduser devices
Enterprise mobile device troubleshooting

Conference room support

Audio/video conferencing room support
Smart hands supportIncident recording and updating
Liaison with different track within teams,
Third party / OEM vendor coordination
Proven ability to multi‐task, effectively determine priorities and meet SLA's
Working technical knowledge, in order to address Service Work Orders, for PCs, laptops, cabling, televisions, projectors, phones, peripherals (e.g. keyboards or mice) and Mobile Scanners.
Should have awareness and handson experience on laboratory related products and services(E;g
Malver Mastersizer 2000/3000/Zetasizer, Thermo Fisher ,Agilent Openlab Metrom Tiamo, Perkin Elmer Syngistix for AA, Leco Instruments)
Should have working knowledge on GxP Computer System Validation, IATF QM, CMD, Powershell & Windows Installer Error Messages Soft Skills
Have language qualifications of native level or at least B2 or equivalent certification
Have proven analytical and problem‐solving skills
Should have minimum 18 months of experience in IT support field
Excellent communication relationship‐building and internal customer service skills
Adaptable and flexible in a fast‐changing industry and work environment.
