Your Mission- Shape the future of 3D printing by defining and executing the strategy for Polymer Solutions in close collaboration with your product management team- Develop a market
- and customer-oriented solution portfolio with clear target customers and a strong value proposition for exceptional results

Lead a team of product managers and manage together with them the best technical assets as of today
Manage Polymer Solutions based on KPIs to achieve significant profitability and strengthen our position as market leader
Close collaboration with the regions, engineering, innovation and operations to ensure the timely, budgetconscious and contentrelevant delivery of polymer solutions
Embrace growth mindset and cando attitude in all your interfaces

Your Talents- Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in product management of high technology with in-depth technical comprehension- Understanding of polymer AM systems and their current limitations is a plus- Proven experience in leading teams through transitions in complex environments, managing interfaces and stakeholders, and collaborating with strategic partners in a global role- Strong portfolio strategy development and execution, including the ability to open up new markets and solutions- Excellent networking skills with a close relationship to regions and key customers, coupled with fluency in English; German is a plus
