Your future tasks:

Determine how our users can reach their goals even more easily and find
real added value:
Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to make feasible recommendations and decisions
Design, conduct and analyse user tests including documentation

Provide actionable insights and recommendations in reports, presentations, or workshops

Support internal projects along the customer journey by designing user-centric business strategies, digital products or services
- Proactively
evolve our research and testing strategies, tools, and methods to sustainably improve user experience and usability
Your profile:

2+ years of professional experience in
UX or comparable, e.g.
e-commerce, UI design, customer relationship management or
market research:
-
Completed degree with a focus on business (e.g., BWL, VWL),
psychology / business psychology, media **informatics
