At Torg, we are building the leading B2B marketplace for food and beverages connecting suppliers globally with retailers, thereby streamlining the procurement process for both parties.

Our founders are experienced business and product leaders from major e-commerce players across Europe including Zalando, Delivery Hero, and Just Eat/Takeaway and we are backed by Atlantic Food Labs, Berlin's leading food tech accelerator.

Since we went live only a few months ago, we've seen high adoption rates and returning satisfying customers who are using Torg to simplify their sourcing processes.

We're looking to scale our sales team to continue growing our customer base.

Tasks

  • Help build up our customer base, from improving customer database and generating leads in different categories, to closing deals
  • Handle objections and resolve any client conflicts
  • Help with the activation of new customers, from signed to orders
  • Work crossfunctionally on any new projects that excite you or add value to the company

Requirements:


  • Bachelor or Masters student at a German or European university with a minimum of 2 semesters of studies completed and strong academic results, or experienced graduates with 12 years of experience.
  • Interns must be available for 6 months fulltime. Experienced graduates will be considered for fulltime positions.
  • Strong problemsolving skills, a drive for results, and a passion for relationshipbuilding & sales.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, French or Turkish.
