In order to support Project Management, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a


Intern within Digital Project Management in Quality function (d/f/m):


  • Location: _Ottobrunn _
  • Start: _As soon as possible _
  • Duration: _6 months _

Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • Implementation of a consolidated project planning and maturity model (dashboard) of our digital transformation initiatives within the quality function in order to have an overview of baseline project requirements, coverage of the requirements and status of progress, forecast of the planning to cover the remainder of the requirement, maturity of the requirements as well as progress of solutions from its exploration to deployment to customer functions.
  • Update and evolution of the project cost planning and controlling model used for yearly operational planning and forecasting on a minimum 3 year rolling basis and link to deliverables for the calendar year 202
  • For the above mentioned responsibilities proactively approach Digital Project leads and product owners, and Business architects to assemble the necessary input.
  • The above deliverables of project planning, quality and cost dashboard should be delivered with associated documentation including guiding users on how to input data, update or consume the information.
  • Further, the student will be engaged in supporting the team in various day to day operational and organizational tasks.

Desired skills and qualifications:


  • Enrolled fulltime student in the area of Computer science, Data analytics, Project management or an equivalent field of study.
  • First practical experience in the field of agile project management is desirable.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Simple programming of scripts (Google Lookerstudio, Jira, Google Sheets).
  • Database management.
  • Data consolidation, analysis and visualization.
