Your Tasks

Together with your "Customer Experience" team, you are our direct link to the customer.
To this end, you look after our tools for recording customer experiences and develop them further.
You translate customer feedback into recommendations for action and regularly coordinate this with our product and service teams.
Together, you turn us into "customer understanders" and thus bring us ever closer to our customers.
You will also contribute to strengthening our customercentric ING culture with internal trainings, seminars and events.

Your Profile

Degree in economics or a comparable qualification
Several years of practical experience in the management of customer feedback and customer satisfaction
Good knowledge of customer analytics or market research
Analytical mindset
The ability to identify customer concerns and derive measures based on data
Team spirit and communication skills
Presentation and moderation skills
Very good written and spoken German and English
