Stellenbeschreibung

Aufgaben

Implementing and monitoring the control plan,
Defining, implementing, and monitoring action plans resulting from controls,
Propose solutions for improving/simplifying existing processes,
Participating in the digitalisation of operational processes (customer relations entry path, CRM and transactional tools, etc.),
Helping to increase awareness of teams regarding risks (mainly operational/compliance/legal and credit risks).
Help building the future Internal Control system, bringing together the teams and the French and German private banks (in place since January 2022).

Anforderungsprofil

Anforderungen

Familiarity with Office tools is a prerequisite, as well as mastering of the AML-FT and MIFID regulations (the decree of 03 November 2014 is the cornerstone of our profession). English is also a prerequisite.
In terms of training/experience, you should have completed an academic curriculum focusing on audit and/or regulatory affairs and/or you have at least 3 years' related professional experience.
We're looking for someone who's motivated, adaptable, rigorous, analytical and a team player.
The atmosphere within this team of 4 people is very healthy and friendly, and each Controller takes over from, supports and assists his neighbour when necessary.
