PaaS Operations

As a Operation Services Specialist (M/F/x), you will be supporting the OpenShift platform that underpins our Platform as a Service platform - Fabric, however the applicant needs to be multi skilled in Linux, Containers, Ansible, and OpenShift technologies that are delivered on OpenShift and legacy PaaS environments.

Your key responsibilities

Production support of PaaS infrastructure which includes incident, change, problem management with a focus on maintaining the platform secure and stable
Good knowledge on network configuration and Firewall configuration.
Collaborate with engineering, SRE teams to host containerized workloads using above technologies in the standardized, governed and bankapproved manner.
Enhanced operational activities with trouble shooting and resolving issues requiring system functional knowledge and advanced knowledge of the underlying technologies being supported.

Your skills and experiences

Strong working experience of Linux, Containers, Ansible like configuration/automation tools, and OpenShift technologies
Experience with monitoring stack like Grafana and Prometheus will be handy in daily activities
Exposure to middleware technologies like WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat is preferred
Experience of operating/programming for OpenShift or Kubernetes
Good understanding and basic programming skills in Python, Ansible and Go is preferred
Work experience in operations, infrastructure models with strong troubleshooting skills including basic networking knowledge. Strong knowledge and experience with ITIL process is required to perform BAU activities.
