After all, behind every successful company are many great fascinating people.- You support the global Sales & Application Learning Management Team of Carl Zeiss Meditec AG- You contribute with creative and own ideas to the development of learning topics for the business units Neuro/Spine, ENT and P&R, Dentistry and Sales Excellence- You create appealing training materials (e.g.

presentations, quick guides, how-to videos, etc.) based on existing company material and your own research and experience You support the Sales & Application Learning Team in daily training administration (e.g.

preparation of basic trainings, training reports) and communication with various internal stakeholders- You will take responsibility for your own projects within the team and lead them to success independently- You support the Sales Training activities and contribute innovative and smart ideas for the further development of the internal training program

Your Profile- You are currently studying business administration with a focus on marketing and/or sales or graphic design- You are interested in the field of corporate training/learning- Experience with MS office products, but also open to familiarize yourself with new tools (e.g., our Learning Management System)- Good Powerpoint skills are a must- You have a talent to visualize content in an appealing way- First experience in project management is a plus- You are an organized person with good time management skills and handle your tasks proactively and responsibly- You are willing to take over responsibility for own projects- You are a solution-oriented team-player and a strong communicator- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written), other languages are a plus- Willing to work around 20 hours per week.
