THE ROLE & THE TEAM

:

As a Stylist, you are responsible for the preparation and execution of our photo shoots to achieve the daily targets. Reporting to the Lead Styling, you will work closely with the Photographers and Hair & Make-Up Artists. You will use your strong fashion and brand sense to create inspirational visual content, ensuring style continuity and elevating our customer shopping experience.

:

Style inspiring, on brand looks for the daily campaigns and banners.
Have a good understanding of the target groups of each brand and know which combinations the customers want with a strong uptodate knowledge of current designers, brands and trends.
Work with the photographers on set, direct models and select final images.
Own quality during photo shootings to deliver online imagery ensuring accurate product and brand representation in accordance with the guidelines.
Be proactive and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the image quality of the Lounge online store.
You are responsible for communication and coordination together with other departments.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

:

You have solid styling experience in ecommerce (minimum 2 years) and fashion styling. A portfolio showcasing experience in streetwear and sports styling is a big plus.
You have academic education in fashion, têxtiles or a similar area and a passion for fashion.
You have a strong fashion and styling sense, extensive brand knowledge and the ability to adapt and incorporate new fashion trends for the Lounge by Zalando customer.
You demand high quality, you are able to keep an eye on the details in a dynamic work environment with lots of changes.
Your handson approach, proactive mindset, and composed attitude under pressure demonstrate your capacity to manage your workload effectively.
Your excellent organisational skills shine, making your work both rewarding and enjoyable.
