Servicemitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Berta Restaurant by Chef Assaf Granit.

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie begrüßen und begleiten den Kunden bei seinem Besuch in den Restaurantbereichen des Hotels
Sie präsentieren den Kunden die Speise

- und Getränkekarte

Sie beraten den Kunden bei seiner Auswahl
Sie bereiten manuelle oder elektronische Bestellungen vor
Sie kündigen die Bestellungen an und leiten sie weiter
Sie präsentieren die Weine und Getränke
Sie decken die Tische ein, servieren am Tisch und räumen den Tisch nach den Vorgaben des Unternehmens ab
Sie erstellen die Rechnungen und überprüfen die Kassenvorgänge
Sie fördern die Geschäftspolitik des Betriebes
Sie bearbeiten die Kundenbeschwerden
Sie sorgen täglich für die Instandhaltung und Sauberkeit der Räumlichkeiten und Geräte

Ihr Profil

Erste Erfahrungen in einer ähnlichen Position erwünscht
Fließende Englisch

- und Deutschkenntnisse

Jede andere Sprache ist willkommen
Gute Konversationsfähigkeiten
Gepflegtes und repräsentatives Auftreten

service employee (M/F/d) in Berta Restaurant by Chef Assaf Granit.

As a Service Employee (m/w/d), you will
- welcome and accompany the client during their visit to the hotel's restaurant areas
- present the food and beverage menu to customers
- advise the customer in his choices
- prepare manual or electronic orders
- announce and transmit the orders
- present the wine and drinks
- set up the tables, serve at the table and clear the table according to the establishment's standards
- establish the bills and verify the operations of cashing
- promote the commercial policy of the establishment
- manage customer complaints
- ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the premises and equipment on a daily basis

Our ideal candiate will have the following skils/experience

Previous experience in room service in hotels and/or restaurants preferred
Very good English, German is nice to have
Any other language are welcome
A clean and representable appearence
Good conversation skils
