We are looking for a
Certification Specialist to support our integration team of Shiji Enterprise Platform.

Job Description:

Test and certify the 3rd party's integration to and from Enterprise Platform.
Cooperate with Product, Development and Operations teams.
Work with the Customers and Vendors.
Create QA test scripts and maintain Integration documentation & SOP.
Ensure that all operation and deployment members are adequately trained.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of work experience with PMS and Integrations.
Knowledge of hospitality industry.
Familiar with reading, analyzing and handling various file formats XML, CSV, Json
General knowledge of IT, computer system communication, different communication protocols (file transfer, SOAP etc.).
RestAPI knowledge is an advantage.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication and people skills required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products and procedures.
Ability to work and thrive in a multitasked and fastpaced environment.
Ability to quickly learn the company's various IT solutions; and able to handle system installation.
Professional "get it done" attitude and work ethic.
Fluent in English.
