What to Expect

The Sales Development Coordinator will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline for Tesla in Central Europe through online and offline channels.

The role will require you to work closely with the Sales Development Manager, in-market stakeholders, and colleagues from the Central Europe Sales Performance organization to identify and develop our database, moving new leads through the sales journey quickly and effectively.

You will be responsible for identifying, building operating frameworks and executing on Central Europe wide offline and digital initiatives to reach new customers; as well as for measuring the success of the campaigns to ensure ROI optimization.


What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the Sales Development Manager and the Central Europe Sales Performance team on developing the sales development strategy to meet EMEA sales goals
  • Developing and implementing the Sales Development strategy for Tesla in Central Europe, aligned with overall business objectives to unlock new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally, including sales, product, and communications, to ensure campaign alignment and consistency
  • Support with event logistics and digital campaign implementation, including planning, execution, and postevent analysis
  • Create guidelines and guardrails for the markets to operate within sales development campaigns
  • Coordinate the implementation of national and regional approaches to sales development initiatives; i.e sales popups, digital partnerships, mailings and other lead generation & conversion campaigns.
  • Manage third parties such a agencies and vendors and respond to external brand requests

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on events and/or partnership and lead generation campaigns
  • Experience managing largescale campaigns, including planning, execution, and postevent analysis
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and make datadriven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and present ideas effectively
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages especially German is a plus
