Your responsibilities

  • You setup a precise project plan for the forwarders integration and align process steps with internal like IT, Legal Entities and external partners
  • You coordinate integration meetings with all stakeholders and document them
  • You followup of tasks with stakeholders and report success levels to the Logistics team
  • You rampup of system Go-Live documentation and support other relevant transport topics in regards to the Go-Live
  • You find out gaps in system and definition of priorities with relevant parties
  • You interact with markets to allow smooth rampup in different countries
  • You execute first damage handling processes from start to end

What you bring along

  • You are a Student in Business Administration, Technical Business Administration, Logistics or comparable studies
  • You have very good knowledge in Logistics, Project and Process Management
  • Automotive experience is advantageous
  • You are experienced with IT Systems especially
  • SAP/ Transport Management Systems / Microsoft Office incl. Teams
  • You are a Team player, have the willingness to learn, are curious and can integrate in a cultural environment
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English other languages especially German and Chinese are beneficial
