Are you ready to take on the role of Head of Operations at WKDA? Join our Operations Team responsible for managing branches and enhancing processes within the WKDA Purchasing Department. Your contribution will significantly impact the sales experience at our branches. With over 400 branches across 10 European countries, WKDA is a key player in the digital automotive industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 8 employees in Process Quality, Capacity Planning, and Archiving for smooth branch operations
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers in Germany and contribute to process optimization

Your Role:

  • Optimize branch operations, analyze processes, and drive efficiency improvements
  • Manage a team, ensuring continuous development and performance monitoring
  • Maintain high-quality standards, conduct capacity planning, and collaborate internationally
  • Work closely with Regional Managers to achieve regional goals

Your Skills:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field with operational management experience
  • Strong leadership and expertise in capacity planning and quality management
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication in German and English, proficiency in Excel
  • Customer-oriented with a talent for building effective relationships
  • Willingness to travel nationally and occasionally internationally
